Developed by industry expert Dr. Morris Cohen at the University of Pennsylvania, MCA’s Service Planning and Optimization (SPO) suite is the first commercial software to optimize assets in a multi-echelon service supply chain network. SPO also supports collaborative planning, forecasting, and execution processes by linking with a company's enterprise and customer relationship management systems.
